The Downtown DuBois Revitalization Group has announced the 17th Annual Community Spring Clean-Up is Saturday, April 25. The clean-up starts at 9 a.m. and runs until 11 a.m.

The event will kick off with free breakfast for volunteers at the American Legion Post #17 along Liberty Boulevard from 8-9 a.m.

The DuBois Fire Companies will be hosing off the downtown streets and sidewalks the evening of Friday, April 24, to get ready for the clean-up Saturday.

Clean-up areas include the downtown area, Spider Lake complex, City Park, Sandy Lick Creek, Rumbarger Cemetery, Showers Field, Liberty Boulevard embankment, Memorial Walkway, McCracken Run, Clear Run and Beaver Drive, Tannery Dam area, Adopt-A-Highway, parking and vacant lots and the Church of Our Savior Community Garden.
